Well, Earl Mansin sure isn't the nicest guy on Earth.
He's a murderer who was sentenced to death 27 years ago.
And now there is the final phone call from the governor that will send him to the electric chair.
So it's time to escape the prison and you're the one who should help him with his task..."Earl Mansin" is a great AGS adventure.
The graphics are fantastic, the soundtrack is simply amazing and there is great voice acting for the whole game.
Of course the game isn't very long (the developer is working on an extended version at the moment), but it's just act one in a series of games, so we can hope to see more of Earl in the future.
And some of the puzzles are quite clever and tricky and it took me some time to solve them.All in all a brilliant game with quite ironical and sarcastic dialogues and even if Earl is a sociopathic bastard you'll start to sympathise with him sooner or later.
At least I love him and I look forward to the sequels.There's also a German translation which still has some minor fonts issues at the moment (but I hope there will be a patch for this problem very soon).
